How far in advance should I get in touch?
For larger corporate events and galas, we recommend reaching out at least 3–6 months before your event date. For smaller or more intimate events, 6–8 weeks is generally sufficient. That said, we're experienced in working to tighter timelines — don't hesitate to get in touch regardless of when your event is.
Do you manage both corporate and private events?
Yes. We work across a broad range of event types — from corporate conferences and product launches to private milestone celebrations. Our approach is tailored to each client and occasion.
Do you work with a set list of suppliers and vendors?
We have established relationships with a trusted network of premium suppliers across venues, catering, AV, styling, entertainment, and more. However, we're always happy to work with a client's preferred suppliers where that's requested.
Can I hire Envisage Events just for on-the-day management?
Absolutely. If you've done the planning yourself but want a professional to manage the day, our on-the-day coordination service is designed exactly for that.
